Ji is an avant-garde filmmaker and provocateur with a unique penchant for dealing with everything socially faux pas. Her stylistic trait is largely art-house as she remixes and destroys genres in the process of making sense. She calls herself a “filmminatrix” and the technique of disassembling prefabricated notions of Art, “filmminating,” in order to continually foster its evolution.
